Golden straw-colored wine, with complex aromas of dried fruits (hazelnuts and dates) and some notes of bread toast. In the mouth, it reveals lively acidity, but well balanced, with final unctuosity. It has a thin blister and a persistent cord. It should be served as an aperitif or accompanying fish dishes, or seafood. Service temperature of 8 °C is advised.
