RETURN TERMS

1. RETURN OF DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

The customer has the right to return if it is found that the products supplied have defects or other non-conformities in relation to the items ordered. The return can be made within 30 days after notification of the defect and the product must keep the identification tag. Vargem will analyze the returned product and inform the user of the right to the respective refund (if applicable). As a rule, Vargem refunds within 30 working days from the date of confirmation via e-mail of the right to a refund.

If the defect or non-compliance is confirmed as justifying the return, the full amount paid will be refunded.

The refund of the amount paid will always be made using the same payment method used for the purchase.

Please be aware, however, that not all items are covered by the returns policy. Exceptional products are:

– Personal hygiene articles;

– Food products.

2. RETURN FOR WITHDRAWAL

The customer may, if not satisfied with the products supplied, return them within 14 calendar days of receipt. As a rule, Vargem refunds within 30 days from the date of confirmation via email of the right to a refund. The right to return only occurs as long as the products:

Keep the original characteristics and the packaging is not damaged (packages opened carefully will not be considered damaged).

Are complete (ie both items in a pair must be returned).

Have not been tampered with and keep the identification tag.

3. RETURN OF OFFERS

The return of an offered product must be made by the person who offered/purchased it. In this case, in order to return it, you must contact the person who bought it, so that he can return it, according to the return conditions, for defect or non-compliance, or for withdrawal.

If the defect or non-compliance is confirmed as justifying the return, the full amount paid will be refunded.

The refund of the amount paid will always be made using the same payment method used for the purchase.

4. EXCHANGE FOR SIZE OR FOR OTHER ITEMS

To exchange one item for another or to change the size of an item, please follow the steps below.

An article can only be exchanged for another of equal or greater value.

Your products can only be exchanged once. If after the exchange order you are not satisfied, you can only return your order.

5. CANCELLATION OF ORDERS

The Order may be canceled at the Customer's request, such cancellation being accepted provided that the respective payment has not yet been made by the Customer. To cancel the Order, the Customer must call 245 098 306, available from 10 am to 7 pm, and indicate the Order number.

The order may also be canceled by Vargem's decision, when there is any discrepancy in the personal data provided by the Customer or when these Terms and Conditions are not complied with.

RETURN FORMS

● Via Store – Free of charge

The User must go to the Vargem physical store and present the article as received, presenting the respective invoice. The return will be made via original payment (except for Multibanco Reference or MBWAY payments which will be refunded by bank transfer).

● Via Carrier – at the indicated address and free of charge

The User must access his Personal Area at vargem.pt and choose “Orders”, indicating the reason, for statistical purposes only.

After receiving the items and confirming their status, Vargem will send the exchange item or refund the order.

HOW TO PROCEED:

REGISTERED CUSTOMER

1st STEP: FILL OUT THE ONLINE RETURN FORM:

Access Vargem's online store and click on My Account and login.

Select the Order History and Details option.

Click on the desired order.

Select the item(s) you wish to return/exchange.

Click Submit again.

Note: If you have several items to return in the same order, you will have to place them in return or exchange at the same time. After the request to return an item from an order, our website will not allow you to carry out an exchange or return again.

2nd STEP: PLACE THE ARTICLE IN THE BOX

You can use the original packaging where you received the order or another cardboard box, as long as it is not damaged.

If you use the original packaging, empty it and place only the item you want to return.

Close the box and seal it with tape.

If the box has any labels, stickers, or other materials from previous shipments, remove them and affix the Return label, which will be emailed to you.

3rd STEP: COLLECTION OF THE ARTICLE

The transport company will go through the indicated address to make the collection (Collections are not made on holidays and weekends).

4th STEP: REFUND

After receiving and analyzing the product, Vargem will inform the customer of the refund to which he is entitled (if any). The refund of the amount paid will always be made using the same payment method used for the purchase.
