Orionte Liqueur Wine

The "Orionte" is a red liqueur, originating from the Alicante Bouschet variety. After a manual harvest and a careful selection of bunches and berries, the grape fermented in stainless steel depot at 25 °C.

In the middle of fermentation, wine brandy was added, and the batch was aged for 36 months in French oak barrels followed by a 6-month stage in bottle.

The result is a wine with an intense ruby color and aromas of black cherries, with notes of bitter chocolate.
